From a very pleasant person who booked my appointment very efficiently to Arnold with his very pleasant exceptional professionalism and knowledge of knowing exactly what was wrong with my washing machine, gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Arnold was fabulous; answered all my constant questions and walked me through exactly what was causing the problem with my washing machine. He even went as far as sweeping all the little dust bunnies up behind my washing machine that I couldn’t get two for years and he also give me a quick lesson on how to maintain my washing machine so it will Perform at its best. Our fridge quit working while still under warranty back in June. Joe came, looked at the fridge and knew the problem. Consulted with Gord over phone and ordered the parts. Thank you! I was planning to write to you and say how pleased I was with the service I received. From the person on the phone to the fellow who came – everybody was very helpful. And when the fellow came he was super considerate of my space (left his shoes outside the door), worked extremely fast and also went the extra mile, not only to fix the machine but to get down to the bottom of why it wasn’t working and to ensure he set things up to prevent the problem from happening again. The dishwasher was not set up property – it was crooked and so everything was warping and thus the door latch didn’t work properly. So he got it working again and put some flooirng pieces underneath to level the machine so it won’t warp again! I’ll sure be recommending Gord’s Appliances to all my neighbours in our three condo buildings. I was very impressed and the price was reasonable.

My washer manual said I needed a new water level sensor. Gord came the next day and replaced it. Unfortunately the problem was the hot water valve. Gord came the next day and replace that. He charged nothing for the return service. Washer works and I was left impressed as most services would charge for the second visit. Would highly recommend Gord’s Appliance.
