What To Expect When You Call Our Tech:

While our truck is fully stocked, it helps us serve you better if you can tell us the type, brand and approximate year of your appliance.

When your service call is scheduled, whether online or by phone, we will call you the morning of your appointment to confirm. (We need a telephone number where you can be reached in case of anything unforeseen. We want to be sure we are in communication with you so you aren’t inconvenienced.)
When we arrive, we will assess your appliance and give you an estimate.
No work will begin without your consent.
We will respect you and your home and leave our work space tidy and clean.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. If you call or book online, we will get back to you within 48 hours.
